JOB PURPOSE
The Manager, AI Business Integration and Transformation serves as the BU’s senior operational leader responsible for executing AI driven automation, efficiency initiatives, and workflow transformation across R and D, Manufacturing, and Sales cost centers. This role translates BU level AI strategy established by the Spoke Lead into measurable implementation plans and oversees AI adoption, technical integration, reporting optimization, and a hybrid team of associate and contingent resources.
The position ensures alignment with enterprise AI governance, data readiness standards, and delivery of 3 2 1 business value commitments.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Lead execution of AI integration initiatives across R and D, Manufacturing, and Sales to deliver workflow efficiencies and measurable business impact.
- Partner with cost center managers to assess current state workflows, identify automation opportunities, and drive adoption of AI enabled process redesigns.
- Supervise AI IT Implementation Specialist and contingent resources to ensure timely, high quality delivery of technical solutions and system integrations.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, Responsible AI standards, enterprise risk controls, and security requirements across all BU initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver quarterly impact reporting, KPI dashboards, and progress updates to the BU AI Spoke Lead and key stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS
Minimum Education al Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. MBA preferred.
Minimum Experience
- Eight or more years of experience within a manufacturing organization.
- Three to five years leading cross functional initiatives with measurable performance outcomes.
Other Job Specific Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated business acumen and operational decision making capability.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to present complex technical and business concepts to executive level leadership.
- Proven ability to gain cooperation and alignment from multiple levels of management.
