Stonebranch is searching for a Marketing Development Representative who’s excited to help accelerate growth in the rapidly expanding IT automation market. Sitting at the intersection of Marketing and Sales, this role will be instrumental in converting demand into qualified pipeline.

As a key contributor to our demand generation efforts, you will qualify inbound leads, execute outbound follow-up campaigns, support account-based marketing initiatives, and provide analysis and reporting that helps optimize performance. You’ll have access to a full stack of modern marketing and sales technologies to support your success.

The right candidate will be analytical, proactive, and motivated to drive measurable pipeline impact while collaborating closely with sales and marketing leadership is a hybrid position – 3 days per week onsite, 2 days per week remote – and is based out of our global Headquarters in Alpharetta, GA. This role reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Your Impact on the Organization:

The right candidate will be interested in supporting a broad range of activities. Job responsibilities include:

  • Manage and qualify inbound leads via phone, website, events, and digital campaigns.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to assess ICP fit, buying intent, and sales readiness.
  • Execute structured outbound follow-up to engaged prospects and marketing-generated leads.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives and ensure seamless handoffs.
Account Engagement & ABM Execution
  • Support targeted outbound campaigns aligned to demand generation initiatives.
  • Conduct account research and stakeholder mapping for priority accounts.
  • Coordinate multi-channel outreach efforts in support of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.
  • Provide account-level engagement insights to Sales to improve penetration and conversion.
Revenue Operations & Systems Management
  • Maintain accurate lead routing, lifecycle stages, and activity tracking within
  • Support marketing automation workflows in Hub Spot and audience targeting in Demandbase.
  • Monitor and optimize lead scoring, segmentation, and routing processes.
  • Ensure CRM data hygiene and adherence to defined lead management processes.
Performance Reporting & Optimization
  • Track and report on MQL-to-SQL conversion rates and campaign contribution to pipeline.
  • Analyze engagement trends across inbound and outbound efforts.
  • Deliver insights and recommendations to improve lead quality, speed-to-lead, and pipeline velocity.
  • Proactively identify process improvements that enhance marketing-to-sales alignment.
What You Will Bring to the Team:
  • 1–3+ years of successful B2B SaaS experience in marketing development, business development, or demand generation.
  • Strong business acumen, with experience engaging mid-market to enterprise organizations.
  • Experience with , Hub Spot, and Demandbase.
  • Familiarity with CRM management, marketing automation platforms, and ABM tools.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working in reporting dashboards and performance metrics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business, or a related field.
