Job Summary
:
Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking a high-capacity, versatile Systems Developer to join their adaptive technology team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade tools and web applications, while bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Responsibilities
:

• Rapid Application Engineering:
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade tools and web applications using Low-Code platforms (Out Systems preferred).

• Operational Triage:
Participate in daily tactical sessions to evaluate the project queue, address urgent business "pain points," and re-prioritize development efforts based on immediate impact.

• Data Engineering for Analytics:
Design SQL schemas and views optimized for third-party BI tools (specifically Power BI). Ensure data is structured for efficient modeling so downstream report developers can interface with your models performantly.

• Specialist Tooling (Python):
Develop and maintain lightweight server-side applications and "mini-apps" in Python to handle specific business logic or data transformations outside the Low-Code ecosystem.

• Stakeholder Consultation:
Act as a technical liaison to business units, translating high-level concepts into technical specifications and functional prototypes.

• Continuous Optimization:
Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and implement "Mac Gyver-style" ingenuity to resolve complex constraints with efficient, elegant code.

Qualifications
:
Required
:

• Profound understanding of relational database management (SQL) and core programming logic (loops, arrays, conditional branching).

• Ability to bridge Low-Code frontends, Python backends, and SQL databases, ensuring data flows seamlessly while maintaining a unified logic structure.

• Conceptual understanding of asynchronous messaging. Ability to troubleshoot message flows and monitor prioritized queues between systems.

• Competency in managing applications within a server environment (Windows or Linux), ensuring standalone scripts run reliably as background processes or scheduled tasks.

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in non-linear delivery models and the mental agility to context-switch between projects without a loss in quality.

• Proven track record of self-directed learning and the ability to leverage technical 'workarounds' (CSS, JavaScript, or SQL scripts) when standard platform features reach their limit.

Preferred
:

• Experience in Out Systems, Power Apps, or similar rapid-application-development environments.

• Recent graduates in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Information Systems.

• Self-taught developers with a strong portfolio of functional applications.
