Looking for a dynamic Scrum Master cum Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery for our client s automotive and fleet management platforms. You'll manage distributed teams (onsite-offshore), client stakeholders (CTO/VP/Director level), and Azure Dev Ops sprints while maintaining sprint velocity and client commitments.
Key Responsibilities
" Lead Agile ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews) for 10-15 member distributed teams across time zones.
" Manage client relationships and executive escalations, ensuring alignment with client leadership expectations
" Track and report sprint progress using Azure Dev Ops (Burndown charts, velocity, impediments) with daily EOD summaries for offshore visibility.
" Drive cross-functional coordination between .NET/React devs, Data Engineers, Azure Dev Ops, QA, and client Product/Program Managers.
" Implement risk management and dependency resolution, escalating blockers to leadership
" Facilitate sprint activities, backlog refinement, and user story acceptance criteria with client stakeholders.
" Ensure onshore-offshore alignment through optimal meeting cadences (overlap hours) and transparent communication.

Technical Skills Azure Dev Ops (Boards, Pipelines, Repos), Jira migration experience; MS Teams/Outlook/Office proficiency
Agile Expertise Scrum.org/PSM II certified; SAFe Agilist preferred; hybrid onsite-offshore delivery
Client Skills Executive stakeholder management; automotive domain exposure beneficial

Education & Certifications
" Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, IT Management, or related
" Mandatory:
Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II) or PMI-ACP
" Preferred: SAFe Practitioner, Azure Dev Ops Fundamentals
