ADP is hiring a Senior Client Support Consultant

What you’ll do
  • Serve as ADP’s front‑line support for solving client challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, helping clients train their users on ADP technology, and more. You carry the weight of ADP’s service reputation and client satisfaction.
  • Work primarily with clients who have 1–49 employees. Every day will be different because the questions you receive will vary, as will the solutions you provide to each client. There will be no shortage of new questions; our top‑ranked training will help you succeed.
  • Maintain a metrics‑driven call‑center environment as part of a structured day; build rapport, establish trust, shine with professionalism, and communicate clearly over the phone and in writing to achieve high client satisfaction scores.
Typical day includes
  • Client Support
    :
    Help clients manage their businesses using our solutions, which may include troubleshooting and probing to resolve payroll issues; partner with multiple business units and teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Continually upgrade knowledge and skills on payroll, including federal and state compliance, standard operating procedures, administrative practices, other products, and desktop support tools.
  • Adhere to a daily schedule and organize yourself to handle a high volume of inbound calls; phone time may increase during peak seasons.
Required qualifications
  • 1 to 2 years of payroll processing or payroll tax processing experience.
  • Strong focus on client satisfaction in a relevant industry or as an HR/HRIS practitioner with systems experience.
  • Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons.

A college degree is great but not required. What’s more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences include military experience with teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow‑through skills.
