We are now seeking a senior technical leader responsible for defining, designing, and driving the Go to Market (GTM) strategy for Amdocs’ Data & AI portfolio. You will translate customer and partner needs into scalable AI, data, and cloud solutions while influencing product direction and enabling field teams!

• Own end to end architecture for Cloud, Data, AI/ML, and GenAI solutions.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with telecom and industry best practices.
• Act as technical authority for complex customer engagements.

• Support presales with technical discovery, solutioning, and exec level conversations.
• Lead architecture discussions, workshops, and whiteboarding sessions.
• Shape technical strategies for major deals and mitigate delivery risks.

• Partner with AWS, Azure, GCP, NVIDIA and ecosystem vendors to build joint architectures and integrated solutions.
• Lead technical alignment for co sell motions and partner-led GTM opportunities.

• Develop reusable assets: reference architectures, demos, PoC frameworks, and technical playbooks.
• Create customer/partner-facing materials, including diagrams, briefs, and presentations.
• Enable internal and partner teams with consistent messaging and best practices.

• Represent customer, field teams, and partner needs in Product and Engineering discussions.
• Guide product roadmap and architectural decisions using real-world GTM and customer insights.
• Identify gaps, integration requirements, and innovation opportunities across the Data & AI portfolio and partner ecosystem.

• Serve as a technical evangelist for Amdocs Data & AI solutions and ecosystem integrations.
• Strengthen Amdocs’ positioning as a leader in enterprise grade AI and data platforms.
• Represent Amdocs at customer and partner events, industry conferences, technical forums, and through webinars, blogs, and white papers.
• Contribute to joint partner thought leadership and solution positioning.

• 12+ years in telecom BSS/OSS, enterprise architecture, or technical presales.
• Expertise in Data, Agentic AI, RAG, LLM fine-tuning, AI/ML, GenAI, and modern cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience building agents, fine-tuning LLMs using platforms like Amazon Bedrock, Vertex AI, Azure Foundry and/or Mosaic AI.
