SAP Business Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a Business Analyst IV- to join their team. As a Business Analyst IV-, you will be part of the Information Technology department supporting interface and data conversion work streams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Partner with business users to gather and validate requirements for interfaces, data structures, and master data.
• Analyze current-state data, processes, and file structures; identify mapping rules and transformation logic.
• Document business requirements, functional specifications, interface logic flows, and testing materials.
• Coordinate with SAP IT, source system IT team, Fin Sys leads, and business stakeholders.
• Support SIT/UAT cycles, defect triage, and validation of interface outputs.

• Strong SAP functional Business Analyst and documentation background.
• Expertise in data interpretation, mapping, master data structures, and transformation rules.
• Experience with SAP interfaces (IDoc, BODS, BAPI) and SAP conversions.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Strong organization and ownership of delivery responsibilities.
