The Visualization Developer is a highly visible role responsible for building and enhancing Power BI reports which provide insights across the organization and to our customers. The candidate must have strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate and influence across multiple teams within the organization. The candidate should possess a basic to intermediate understanding of the following skills:
- Power BI DAX Formulas
- Microsoft/Azure SQL Scripting
- Power BI Visualization Best Practices
- Presentation Development
- Develop a portfolio of internal facing Power BI reports to provide quick and accurate insights to our stakeholders
- Ad-Hoc data pulls as required by the business
- Implement best practices in all reporting and deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a comprehensive understanding of the key drivers and opportunities within the business
- Able to coordinate and influence across multiple teams
- 2-3 years of experience in business intelligence and familiar with data life cycles
- Knowledge of, and hands on experience with, data visualization tools, which includes a minimum of 2 year of full-time development in Power BI or Tableau
- Ability to write Microsoft SQL queries to include all types of joins, aggregations, filtering data, mapping logic experience, basic understanding of window functions
- Excellent problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and deep dive data reviews
U.S. National Base Pay Range: $78,800 – $131,300. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
