About the Company
We’re a performance-driven, customer-focused service organization expanding rapidly into new markets. We’re now bringing our marketing operations fully in-house and we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to own that growth engine end-to-end.
The OpportunityThis is a rare ground-floor opportunity to lead all digital marketing strategy and execution for a company that’s scaling fast. You’ll manage paid campaigns, analyze performance daily, and drive measurable results that directly impact revenue and help us grow.
What You’ll Do- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Local Services Ads (LSAs)
- Develop zip-code-targeted campaigns to drive consistent inbound volume
- Write and test high-performing ad copy and static visuals
- Monitor and adjust spend, keywords, and bids daily/hourly as needed
- Oversee SEO, Google Business Profile, reviews, and local presence
- Report KPIs and ROI directly to leadership
- Scale campaigns responsibly as the company expands into new territories
- 3–6 years of digital marketing experience in a plumbing or service-based environment (home services or similar)
- Proven success managing $100K+ monthly ad budgets
Mastery of Google Ads, Analytics (GA4), and tracking tools - Creative and analytical mindset — able to craft, test, and scale campaigns quickly
- Strong communication skills and initiative to drive results independently
- Full-time, on-site commitment (no remote)
- Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the United States
