Homeland has partnered with an innovative company that is transforming the healthcare insurance landscape through a connected, data-driven ecosystem designed to simplify complexity and drive long-term success. We are seeking a Data & Reporting Analyst to join our team.
The Data & Reporting Analyst is a key member of the data team and reports directly to the Director of Data Analytics. This role is responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, forecasting outcomes, and translating insights into meaningful, actionable recommendations that support business decision-making.
The Data & Reporting Analyst will design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs, and visualizations that highlight performance trends, patterns, and anomalies across the organization. In addition, this role will develop and implement data collection systems and strategies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall data quality.
The ideal candidate is technical, creative, and self-motivated, with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports across multiple departments, including Sales, Finance, and Operations
- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and inconsistencies; reconcile datasets to produce accurate, actionable insights
- Present findings using key company metrics and develop tracking and reporting tools for stakeholders
- Create ad-hoc reports and presentations to support management and executive decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and translate reporting and analytics requirements
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and overall quality across all reporting and analytics processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role
- Proven experience with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, along with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for cleaning, transforming, and analyzing large datasets
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric environments
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing work streams in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across cross‑functional teams
This is a hybrid role offering a competitive salary range of $110,000–$125,000, plus a 10% bonus opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package.
