The Sr Visualization Associate is a highly visible role responsible for building and maintaining Power BI reports which provide insights across the organization and to our customers. The candidate must have strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate and influence across multiple teams within the organization. The candidate should possess a basic understanding of the following skills:

• Power BI functionality
• Microsoft/Azure SQL Scripting
• General Visualization Best Practices
• Presentation Development

• Develop a portfolio of internal facing Power BI reports to provide quick and accurate insights to our stakeholders
• Ad‑Hoc data pulls as required by the business
• Implement best practices in all reporting and deliverables
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop a comprehensive understanding of the key drivers and opportunities within the business

• Able to coordinate and influence across multiple teams
• 1-2 years of experience in business intelligence and familiar with data life cycles
• Knowledge of data visualization tools, which includes a familiarity with Power BI or Tableau
• Functional knowledge of Excel and Power Point
• Basic understanding of Microsoft SQL queries, to include:
  • All types of joins
  • Aggregations
  • Filtering data
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, including root cause analysis and deep dive data reviews
• Enjoys logically thinking through items and digging in to identify how to improve processes across the team

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $65,100 - $108,500. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.

This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
