The Opportunity

Amdocs is seeking a Data & AI GTM Operations Manager who will bring scale, discipline, and execution rigor to our Data & AI go-to-market engine. This role is responsible for establishing the operating model, planning cadence, metrics, and analytics that enable predictable growth and cross-functional alignment. As the operational counterpart to GTM strategy, partnerships, solutions architecture, and product GTM, this role ensures that plans translate into execution, progress is measurable, and teams stay aligned as the Data & AI business scales.

What

will your job look like? GTM Planning & Operating Rhythm
  • Own the Data & AI GTM planning process, including annual planning, quarterly priorities, and in‑quarter execution tracking
  • Establish and run a consistent GTM cadence (QBRs, MBRs, forecast reviews, pipeline reviews)
  • Ensure alignment across Sales, Product, Partnerships, Marketing, and Presales
Metrics, KPIs & Performance Management
  • Define, implement, and maintain GTM KPIs across the Data & AI business
  • Drive accountability through clear metrics and transparent reporting
  • Build dashboards and reporting for:
    Pipeline creation, coverage, and conversion
  • Partner‑influenced and partner‑sourced pipeline
  • Field activation and asset utilization
  • Forecast accuracy and deal velocity
Pipeline & Revenue Analytics
  • Own pipeline analytics for Data & AI across regions, segments, and motions
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve GTM performance
  • Partner with Sales leadership to improve pipeline quality, coverage, and predictability
Cross‑Team Alignment & Execution
  • Act as the single point of orchestration across GTM functions
  • Drive cross‑functional execution against priorities and remove operational friction
  • Ensure consistency of processes, tools, and definitions across teams
Finance & Operations Partnership
  • Partner with Operations teams across the GenAI and Data organization to align operating models, tooling, and reporting
  • Work closely with Finance (primary partner) on:
    Revenue planning and forecasting, Budgeting and investment prioritization, ROI measurement for GTM initiatives
Continuous Improvement & Scale
  • Identify gaps in process, tooling, or data that limit GTM effectiveness
  • Drive automation, standardization, and scalability of GTM operations
  • Continuously assess what works (and what doesn’t) and iterate GTM processes to improve speed, quality, and outcomes
All you need is...
  • 10+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations
  • Experience supporting complex, multi‑motion GTM in a SaaS/ISV or Partnership team
  • Strong background in pipeline analytics, forecasting, and performance management
  • Bachelor's Degree
