The CRO Bench Tech II position provides support to the Central Repair Operations to troubleshoot and repair electronic & electro-mechanical assemblies of Lottery and Gaming equipment. This position will review blueprints, wiring schematics and circuit board assembly.

• Work with employees / customers as it relates to hardware support, repairs and training.
• Advanced understanding of theories of electronic circuitry and components.
• Proficient at electronic repair and rework. High level soldering skill required. (Electronic rework certification and BGA experience a plus).
• Must have previous experience troubleshooting and repairing circuit boards or electronic assemblies to a component level.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, test instructions and complex schematic drawings.
• Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office and Windows).

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Demonstrates proficiency in and working knowledge of several areas of the function. Handles semi-routine duties.

Education
Must have associate degree in electronics or equivalency.
