Endpoint Management Architect – Mobile Devices

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure endpoint management solutions.
• Review new/existing technology and build out services and/or implementations for mobile devices, such as (O365, One Drive for Business, Cisco Web Ex, and other related Microsoft Applications). Need experience on both IOS and Android devices.
• Administer endpoint management tools (e.g., Microsoft Intune, SCCM)
• Develop and enforce endpoint policies for OS updates, security patches, application deployments, and device configurations.
• Ensure device compliance with organizational security and regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, NIST).
• Monitor and troubleshoot endpoint performance, connectivity, and security issues.
• Automate device provisioning and software deployment workflows.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement and maintain endpoint protection and detection mechanisms (e.g., EDR/XDR tools).
• Provide support and guidance to IT support teams regarding endpoint issues and escalations.
• Maintain accurate asset inventory and endpoint lifecycle documentation.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and best practices in endpoint management.
