Job Title: Salesforce Solution Architect

Contract Duration: 6 months

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days in office)

The Salesforce Solution Architect is responsible for driving end to end solution design across our Owner Lifecycle products—spanning GOLS (Owner CRM), OLM, and adjacent enterprise systems. In this role, you will architect scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions on the Salesforce platform, ensuring they align with business outcomes, enterprise standards, and long-term platform strategy. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and enterprise technology teams to define architecture, establish guardrails, guide delivery execution, and ensure seamless integration with systems such as Mule Soft APIs, Kafka event streams, and governed data sources.

• Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for Owner Lifecycle products, including GOLS (Owner CRM), OLM, and integrated systems.
• Translate business goals and functional requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce architectural patterns.
• Establish and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and governance across Salesforce implementations.
• Oversee system integration design, including Mule Soft APIs, Kafka event-driven flows, and downstream enterprise data services.
• Validate and guide technical implementations across development teams to ensure alignment with architectural direction.
• Assess platform impacts, risks, and dependencies to maintain system performance, reliability, and long-term scalability.
• Partner with product managers, business stakeholders, and engineers to ensure designs enable desired business outcomes.
• Provide leadership on platform capabilities, roadmap alignment, data modeling, and security standards.
• Support design reviews, technical documentation, and solution blueprints.
• Mentor delivery teams on Salesforce patterns, integration best practices, and sustainable design.

• 7+ years of experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect on enterprise-scale programs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, integration patterns, and security architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Mule Soft, APIs, middleware platforms, and event-driven architecture (e.g., Kafka).
• Ability to translate complex business problems into elegant, scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence technical direction across teams.
• Expertise in designing solutions that comply with data governance, security policies, and enterprise standards.

• Salesforce Architect certifications (Application, System, or CTA track).
• Experience in CRM modernization or lifecycle based architecture.
• Familiarity with modern Dev Ops practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce deployment tooling.
• Experience collaborating in agile product delivery environments.
