Job Summary

We bronnen seeking a strategic and client-focused Client Partner to manage and grow relationships within our technology portfolio. This role demands a strong ownership mindset, commercial acumen, and the ability to drive client success through innovative talent solutions. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with experience in enterprise account management, revenue growth, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities Client Ownership & Relationship Management
  • Manage strategic and enterprise-level technology accounts with a focus on long‑term growth.
  • Demonstrate accountability and ownership across client engagements, minimizing dependency on delivery or sales teams.
  • Communicate client value through success stories and measurable outcomes.
  • Drive new logo hunting by identifying and pursuing potential clients in the technology sector.
  • Strengthen existing logo farming through deepening relationships, expanding services, and ensuring client retention.
Growth & Commercial Acumen
  • Lead or support revenue growth initiatives, including renewals, upsells, and pricing discussions.
  • Identify opportunities beyond delivery, such as innovation, transformation, and cross-sell strategies.
  • Engage confidently in commercial conversations with clients and internal stakeholders.
Collaboration & Cultural Alignment
  • Balance client advocacy with organizational priorities to ensure sustainable partnerships.
  • Exhibit traits of self-driven leadership, structured thinking, and proactive client management.
  • Align with company culture through strong communication, ownership, and team collaboration.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
  • 10 years of experience in client-facing roles within the tech industry.
  • Proven track record in managing enterprise accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of technology services, talent acquisition, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
