Job Overview

Infosys is seeking a Data Scientist / Gen AI Lead Consultant with ZGenerative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning (ML), AI and Python experience. The ideal candidate is expected to have prior experience in end-to-end implementation of Gen AI and Agentic AI based solutions, fine‑tuning large language models, and deploying machine learning models to production. The role works in alignment with data strategy for various clients using multiple technologies and platforms.

Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent. At least 7 years of Information Technology experience and 4 years of hands‑on GenAI / Agentic AI and data science with machine learning. Strong proficiency in Python programming. Experience deploying Gen AI applications with frameworks such as Langgraph, Autogen, or Crew AI. Experience with Gen AI platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, IBM Watson) and advanced RAG solutions.

Ability to process unstructured data from PDFs, HTML, images, and audio. Knowledge of vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Azure AI Search) and Agile development methodologies. Travel may be required and close coordination with offshore teams is expected.

Hands‑on experience with multiple programming languages (Python, R, Scala, Java, SQL). CI/CD and Dev Ops tools (Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Terraform). No
