Lead Product Management & Develop
Office-based position located in Alpharetta, Georgia requiring a minimum of 5 days per week on‑site. This role focuses on managing one or more product lines for AT&T’s residential, SMB, enterprise, and global customers.
Overall PurposeDesign, develop and manage activities for specific business or consumer products throughout their lifecycle—from definition and planning, through design, development, production, release, to end‑of‑life. Handle business case creation, P&L ownership, and ongoing performance for assigned products.
Key Roles & Technical Responsibilities Product Lifecycle Management- Lead end‑to‑end lifecycle for complex technical products using Agile/Scrum or SAFe methodologies.
- Oversee technical planning, execution and delivery, ensuring seamless transitions from concept to production, launch and EOL.
- Manage budgets; create technical estimates and drive capital process funding.
- Research, design, plan, develop and evaluate new products and features translating customer and technical requirements into robust designs.
- Develop technical specifications, architectural diagrams, system workflows and API/interface documentation.
- Prioritize technical requirements in line with customer needs.
- Prepare and present technical requirements, project plans and business cases including feasibility and risk assessments.
- Conduct comprehensive market and technology research: competitive analysis, revenue potential, customer segmentation.
- Define product functionality, assess volumes and revenue impact, and identify technical differentiation opportunities.
- Create and maintain detailed technical product roadmaps, integration plans, service guides and documentation.
- Track and report KPIs, SLAs, and operational performance metrics.
- Develop analysis and project plans aligning with market and business objectives.
- Serve as central technical resource partnering with UX/UI, engineering, QA, manufacturing, test, quality, sales support, and marketing teams.
- Collaborate with business, technology, and UX teams to design or modify products to meet market, budget, and schedule specifications.
- Work with Global Connectivity Management, Technology Development, Contracting, Legal, Product Marketing and Pricing teams to develop pricing strategies and ensure compliance.
- Partner with third‑party technology partners to negotiate vendor contracts and optimize cost, features and support.
- Manage ongoing product performance, driving initiatives to grow revenue and margin.
- Monitor and optimize product reliability, scalability and security.
- Experience:
6+ years in technical product management, software engineering or solution architecture in telecommunications, technology or related industry. - Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field (Master’s preferred). - Supervisory

- Strong background in Agile product development, cloud‑native architectures, APIs, microservices, and Dev Sec Ops .
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- In‑depth knowledge of network protocols, security standards, data privacy and compliance frameworks.
- Experience with large‑scale systems integration, technical vendor management and third‑party partnerships.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
Annual salary range: $128,400 – $192,600 USD (may vary by geography, experience and education). Benefits include:
