• Lead application and system operations, ensuring smooth functioning and high customer satisfaction.
• Provide expert‑level troubleshooting and resolution for complex SQL and PL/SQL debugging issues.
• Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support for applications and systems.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
• Respond to incident tickets, change requests, and service requests within defined SLAs.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
• Create and maintain knowledge base documentation for known issues.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and provide after‑hours support as needed.
• Engage with clients during meetings and status reviews.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
• Support application deployment activities, patching, and upgrades.
• Identify improvement areas and automate manual processes.
• Communicate effectively, providing timely updates to stakeholders and end‑users.
• Manage client escalations and maintain professional communication with clients.

• Strong SQL/PLSQL debugging skills.
• Experience in advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident/problem/change management.
• Ability to analyze system performance and implement proactive solutions.
• Effective communication skills with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
