Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and governance of enterprise‑scale Salesforce solutions. This role blends hands‑on technical leadership with architectural governance, AI‑first solution design, and cross‑platform integration. The ideal candidate brings deep Service Cloud expertise, strong integration and security knowledge, and the maturity to mentor teams while shaping long‑term platform strategy.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and enterprise‑scale architectures
• Strong hands‑on experience with Apex, LWC, integrations, and Dev Ops
• Experience with Mule Soft and REST‑based integrations
• CTI/telephony integration experience (Genesys Cloud or similar)
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, governance, and compliance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Einstein 1, Agent Force, or AI‑driven automation
• Exposure to Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and multi‑org environments
• Salesforce Architect or AI‑related certifications
