Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and develop customer communications using Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive, and Automation
  .
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Quadient solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance templates, workflows, and communication processes.
• Integrate Quadient solutions with enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, document repositories).
• Perform unit testing and support QA/UAT teams during testing phases.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize templates and workflows for performance and compliance.
• Collaborate with business analysts, designers, and IT teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
• Prepare technical documentation and participate in peer code reviews.
• Ensure compliance with data security, accessibility, and regulatory standards (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).

Key Requirements and Technology

Experience:

• Experience with version control tools (Git, SVN).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices for Quadient deployments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Exposure to other CCM tools (e.g., Open Text Exstream, Smart Communications).
• 2–5+ years of hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire Designer, Automation, Interactive, and/or Scaler
  .
• Strong understanding of Customer Communications Management (CCM) concepts and best practices.
• Experience with data mapping
  , scripting, and working with variable data (XML, JSON, CSV).
• Familiarity with PDF composition, print production, and digital channels
  .
• Good understanding of APIs, web services, and system integrations
  .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
