Required Pay Scale:

$51.00 /hr

Conversion Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000

Due to client requirements, this role is only open to USC or GC candidates

Job Summary:

The OnBase Business Application Analyst is responsible for the configuration, support, maintenance, and optimization of the OnBase Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platform. This role serves as a key liaison between IT and business teams to ensure OnBase solutions align with operational workflows, compliance requirements, and enterprise standards. The analyst will support software installations, backend administration, troubleshooting, and ongoing system enhancements.

Project Details:

* Supporting large-scale client conversion initiatives and system enhancements

* Back filling three existing roles due to increased project demand

* Focused on OnBase system administration, workflow configuration, and application support

* No coding or software development required

* Environment includes OnBase, SQL databases, Service Now, and enterprise monitoring tools

Must Haves:

* 2+ years of hands-on experience administering OnBase (Hyland)

* Experience configuring and supporting OnBase components (Workflow, Processor Models, Unity)

* Strong understanding of backend application support and software installations

* Proficiency with SQL and relational databases

* Experience troubleshooting application issues in production environments

* Ability to document processes and provide technical support to users

* Willingness to participate in on-call support rotations

Desired

Skills:

* Application monitoring experience with Dynatrace, Splunk, or Moogsoft

* Ticketing and project tracking tools such as Service Now or Clarity

* Financial services or enterprise application support experience

* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across IT and business teams
