OverviewEquifax is seeking creative, high-energy and driven Software Engineers to work on a variety of meaningful projects using leading-edge technology. The role focuses on Oracle EPM technologies and requires a blend of development, system analysis, and support skills.
Responsibilities- In-depth knowledge and hands‑on experience in developing/supporting EPM applications including defining metadata (accounts, entities, scenarios, custom dimensions, currency, etc.), consolidation methods, member lists, journals, data forms, intercompany transactions, and rules development (expressions, functions, variables, sub‑procedures, conditional/consolidation/elimination rules, string comparisons, subcubes, etc.).
- Experience implementing Oracle Cloud EPM Technologies such as Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS), Financial Close & Consolidation FCCS, EDMCS, and Account Reconciliation Cloud (ARCS).
- Understand how assigned applications/systems link with other programs/processes, and provide recommendations to improve existing or proposed processes.
- Provide end‑user support on on‑prem modules like Hyperion Essbase, Planning, HFM, DRM, ARM and Smart View, and EPM SaaS products.
- Support the monthly application maintenance process and participate in the feasibility analysis for new systems/applications.
- Monitor the operating efficiency of existing application systems and arrange for proactive maintenance.
- Review, analyze, and modify applications—including coding, testing, configuring, and debugging—for Hyperion applications; maintain documentation of system changes.
- Adhere to the Return To Office (RTO) / weekly onsite requirements (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in the Atlanta, GA area.
- Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree. - Minimum 5–7 years of overall experience in Oracle EPM / Hyperion products.
- Advanced understanding of Oracle EPM products (version 11.2.x) and Oracle SaaS EPM.
- Proficiency with Hyperion Essbase, Planning/EPBCS, HFM/FCCS, Data Management, ARCS, and EDMCS/DRG.
- Experience with Smart View VBA, Power Shell, and MaxL.
- Knowledge of Oracle EBS, OBIEE, Tableau, and other reporting modules.
- Oracle certified implementation (preferred).
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Team player with boundless passion for technology and a willingness to learn and teach.
- Experience working in a corporate services organization serving multiple business units.
