As a WM Configuration Specialist at CSCS LLC, you will be responsible for the end-to-end configuration, customization, and optimization of Warehouse Management systems. You will collaborate closely with business users, solution architects, and technical teams to deliver seamless WMS implementations tailored to client requirements.

System Configuration & Implementation

• Configure Warehouse Management (WM) modules, including inbound, outbound, inventory, labor management, and transportation integrations.
• Translate business requirements into system configuration to meet operational needs.
• Manage system setups including ASN, Shipments, Waves, Loads, Facilities, and Docking functionalities.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

Business Analysis & Solution Design

• Work closely with business teams to understand warehouse processes and improvement opportunities.
• Develop functional design documents (FDDs) and support technical teams in creating technical specifications.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify standard functionalities vs. custom requirements.
• Diagnose and resolve configuration-related issues, collaborating with Oracle Support or third-party vendors when needed.
• Monitor system performance and proactively suggest optimizations.
• Provide end-user training and create user documentation for configured processes.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including functional consultants, developers, and testers to ensure smooth implementation.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure business alignment and operational readiness.

Technical Expertise

• 5+ years of experience in WMS configuration, with at least 2+ years in Oracle WMS Cloud or Manhattan WMS.
• Inventory Management & Control.
• Shipping, Waves, and Load Planning.
• Facility & Dock Configuration.
• Knowledge of integration points with ERP, TMS, and other supply chain systems.
• Familiarity with Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.

Functional & Analytical Skills

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, supply chain processes, and logistics workflows.
• Ability to analyze process gaps and recommend system enhancements.
• Proficiency in preparing configuration workbooks, SOPs, and training materials.
