- Strong experience architecting observability platforms (App Dynamics, Splunk, Dynatrace, etc.)
- Hands-on scripting for synthetic monitoring, health checks, and automation (Power Shell, Shell, Python).
- Good understanding of .NET applications, SQL Server, and DR architectures (active-passive replication).
- Expertise in event correlation, anomaly detection, alerting strategy design, and dashboarding.
- Ability to work across App, Infra, DB, and Dev Ops teams to drive resiliency monitoring strategy.
- Excellent documentation skills (observability runbooks, DR monitoring playbooks, SOPs).
- Familiarity with Dev Ops (CI/CD) and IAC tools to automate observability provisioning.
- Understanding of site reliability engineering (SRE) concepts like SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets.
