• Strong experience architecting observability platforms (App Dynamics, Splunk, Dynatrace, etc.)
• Hands-on scripting for synthetic monitoring, health checks, and automation (Power Shell, Shell, Python).
• Good understanding of .NET applications, SQL Server, and DR architectures (active-passive replication).
• Expertise in event correlation, anomaly detection, alerting strategy design, and dashboarding.
• Ability to work across App, Infra, DB, and Dev Ops teams to drive resiliency monitoring strategy.
• Excellent documentation skills (observability runbooks, DR monitoring playbooks, SOPs).
• Familiarity with Dev Ops (CI/CD) and IAC tools to automate observability provisioning.
• Understanding of site reliability engineering (SRE) concepts like SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets.
