As a Microsoft D365 Senior Project Manager, you will provide project management leadership and guidance to clients and internal teams, ensuring successful delivery of ERP, CRM, and BI projects. You’ll ensure timely and profitable project delivery while mentoring teams and influencing client success. Your decisions will shape outcomes, strengthen relationships, and drive measurable growth.

• Deliver ERP, CRM, and BI projects on time, within budget, and according to contract specifications;
• Ensure SOX compliance across all phases, reporting status to internal and external management;
• Manage project financials, including budgeting, accounts receivable, and profitability;
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives;
• Develop project plan, define milestones, and ensure appropriate resource utilization to support profitability;
• Mentor and guide project teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth;
• Contribute to business development through proposal writing and client engagement;
• Increase communication points between the leadership team and project management team to enhance collaboration and organizational culture.

• BS and/or an MS/MBA degree in management, business, MIS, or a related technical discipline. Specialized training or 4 additional years of experience may substitute for an advanced degree;
• Minimum 5 years of consecutive experience as a Project Manager;
• Proven ability to manage large, complex projects and follow SOX compliance;
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
