Job Type: Contract

• Independently design and develop automation testing framework from scratch.
• Design and develop end-to-end automation frameworks for UI, Mobile, and API testing.
• Develop automation solutions using programming languages:
  Java or Python.
• Framework knowledge:
  Selenium, Cucumber (BDD), TestNG, Rest Assured.
• Database knowledge: SQL / No
  
  SQL.
• Mobile testing:
  Android, iOS.
• IDE knowledge:
  Eclipse / Intelli
  
  J / VS.
• Version control: GIT, SVN.
• CI/CD:
  Jenkins.
• Issue tracking: JIRA / QTest.
• Automation expertise across UI, API, and Mobile; delivery of end-to-end automated testing pipelines using Python/Java, Selenium, and Cucumber.
• Integration of reports (Allure / Extent Reports).
• Dev Ops: architect and operationalize CI/CD pipelines across teams and legacy systems.
• Collaborate with offshore automation resources on planning, estimating automation work, code reviews, and blockers.

• Understanding of banking/financial domain projects with exposure to card domain (authorization, loyalty, fraud, authentication, etc.).
• Ability to create test strategy, test plan, execution plan, test scenarios, and test cases for complex card domain projects.
• Ability to create testing estimates, track actuals, conduct defect triage, and provide walkthroughs for test plans, test cases, and automation demos.
• Ability to create test closure reports and progress reports (daily/weekly).
• Experience reviewing testing artifacts and preparing metrics decks (monthly/quarterly).
• Experience with SoapUI, Paragon Web FASTest, API Testing.

• Cloud platform experience (AWS / GCP / Azure).
• Gen AI tooling experience or certifications.
• Sauce Labs / Lambda Test experience.
• Framework knowledge:
  Playwright, Robot Framework.
• Coding skills:
  React JS, Node JS.
• Experience with platform modernization in finance.
• Allure Reports implementation knowledge.
• Testing estimate techniques – WBS.
