Lead the architecture and solution design of WMS implementations, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.

Conduct fit-gap analysis and define the to-be solution architecture for warehouse operations.

Design integration strategies with ERP, TMS, OMS, and other supply chain systems.

Define data migration, system configuration, and deployment strategies.

Collaborate with project managers, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Conduct solution workshops, design reviews, and architecture sign-off sessions with stakeholders.

Translate business needs into technical blueprints for seamless solution delivery.

Stay updated with emerging technologies, WMS trends, and cloud advancements to propose innovative solutions.

Recommend process automation, AI/ML-enabled warehouse solutions, and optimization techniques.

Contribute to knowledge sharing within the organization and mentor junior team members.

Minimum 10+ years in supply chain/WMS roles with at least 3–5 years in a Solution Architect or Lead Architect capacity.

Deep knowledge of Oracle WMS Cloud, Manhattan WMS, or similar platforms.

Strong understanding of inbound, outbound, inventory, labor, and transportation modules.

Experience in system integrations (ERP, TMS, OMS) using APIs, middleware, or iPaaS tools.

Ability to create high-level architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and solution roadmaps.

Proficiency in data migration strategies, security standards, and performance tuning.

Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.

Oracle WMS Cloud Architect Certification or equivalent.

Experience in multi-site, multi-country WMS deployments.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or hybrid project delivery models.
