We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead a high-visibility Service Now implementation project focused on the Financial Case Management module.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex Service Now projects in enterprise environments, with strong stakeholder engagement, communication skills, and the ability to navigate hybrid waterfall/agile methodologies.
This role requires proactive issue management, cross-functional coordination, and a results-driven mindset.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management Duties
- Support the Delivery Leader in driving collaboration, alignment, and integrated delivery across the project.
- Document scope, timeline, resource plans, and stakeholder lists.
- Lead the project team through all phases of execution.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues; elevate as needed.
- Ensure tasks and deliverables remain on track and within budget.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure timely updates on decisions and status.
- Communicate project progress through meetings and status reports.
- Establish and manage realistic project schedules considering dependencies, resources, and costs.
- Secure stakeholder approval for deliverables and ensure shared understanding across the team.
- Track financial spend against budget for third-party purchases.
- Develop communication plans and assist with stakeholder communications.
- Use tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Planview, and Smartsheet.
- Measure project performance and adjust approaches based on stakeholder priorities and best practices.
- Facilitate decision‑making discussions and proactively manage change control.
- 6–12 years of IT project management experience, including technical and non‑technical projects.
- 5+ years of experience with Agile methodologies, project planning, risk tracking, financial tracking (Capex/Opex), and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven experience managing at least two Service Now implementations.
- Strong execution orientation with a track record of delivering under tight deadlines.
- Ability to manage deadlines and hold teams accountable for commitments.
- Skilled in navigating competing priorities and gaining stakeholder alignment.
- Superior communication skills across all levels, including executive presentations.
- Experience in hybrid project execution environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise PPM tools such as Planview, Clarity, or Service Now PPM.
- Scaled Agile experience.
- Proficiency in creating effective PowerPoint presentations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Self‑starter with a strong work ethic and enthusiasm for team success.
