We’re growing fast and looking for a Solution Engineer to design, deliver, and scale customer solutions globally. As an early member of our core team, you’ll work closely with the CEO, product, and engineering leadership to develop customer integrations, conduct data studies, and shape how KYXStart’s technology is deployed across identity, KYB, and payment verification use cases using a single easy-to-deploy API.

• Lead technical discovery and integration design with customers and support sales & leadership teams.
• Understand customer needs, conduct data studies, and evaluate verification performance for demos.
• Produce solution documentation, integration guides, and reusable demo assets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure successful deployments and develop best practices.
• Support customer training and technical enablement sessions.

• 2–5 years of experience in technical pre‑sales, solution engineering, or customer success roles.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Highly organized and proactive, comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• High integrity, curious, analytical, and excited to work cross‑functionally to solve customer problems.
