The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for supporting Hiring Managers and Craft Recruiting team in a variety of strategic efforts and processes.
Essential Duties- Assist Hiring Managers with submitting Labor Requests or entering Requisition Requests in various systems
- Facilitate the site orientation process with multiple customers/multiple systems
- Submit background requests and update statuses
- Update ATS and Tracking systems with requisition statuses
- Prepare and submit Good Faith Letters
- Assign and track drug and alcohol testing orders
- Confirm with Hiring Manager’s candidates’ arrival to site
- Assist with verification of work history and/or references
- Intake callers inquiring about employment on status of hiring and direction to Career Site for application
- Assist with verification of licenses and certifications
- Assist Director with a variety of technical support in Sharepoint, Smartsheet and ATS
- Coordinate career and job fairs – organize SWAG
- Summarize recruiting metric data using various systems
- Assist Hiring Manager with rating Craft employee on performance of assignment
- Act as a liaison between HR and Recruiting as needed and communicate changes
- Assist Director with data analysis regarding Craft Compensation, Labor Study, Craft Job Architecture etc.
- Assist with compliance on various systems, Job Postings and Job Boards
- Assist with coding of invoices
- Other duties as assigned
- 1 year of experience supporting recruiting team/recruiting efforts
- Utilize a key eye for detail working with all systems to provide accuracy
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a demanding environment and manage high volume recruitment
- Ability to multitask between phone, email, Teams and systems
- Experience in MS O365, SharePoint and Smartsheet preferred
- Experience working in ATS systems preferred; (ADP is preferred)
- Ability to work individually and in a team environment
- Demonstrate the ability to be initiative-taking, proactively reaching out to construction teams and leaders to move the hiring process forward
- Excellent communication and people skills, outstanding customer service and critical thinking skills
- This is an in office based role, however at times may have to visit job sites and adhere to site specific requirements such as:
- Move in and around confined and cluttered places, and uneven areas. Full range of motion and flexibility consistent with age.
- Climb and maintain balance on steel framework, stairs, ladders, and scaffolds.
- PPE footwear/prescription safety glasses or eye shields required.
