HR Business Partner Company - Manufacturing Company - Alpharetta, GA
The HR Business Partner will play a crucial role in aligning HR initiatives with the overall business strategy and goals of the organization. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing expert HR guidance, coaching, and support to drive business performance and employee engagement.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and provide HR solutions that align with business goals
- Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support organizational effectiveness and employee engagement
- Offer guidance and support on a variety of HR-related issues, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and employee engagement
- Ensure compliance with all applicable HR laws and regulations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and senior leaders
- Contribute to the design and execution of talent management initiatives, such as performance evaluations, onboarding, benefits administration, and terminations
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide data-driven recommendations for HR initiatives
- Handle HR operations and administration in a timely and effective manner
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a business partner role
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals
- Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Thorough knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
