As a Product Demonstration Specialist, you will be the all-around product expert, working with teams across the organization and with prospects of Curve Dental software. You’ll ensure that the product-related knowledge our clients receive is accurate, thorough, and relevant to them. You will uncover and understand common user issues and drive cross-functional teams to resolve them.
Using your analytical skills, along with customer feedback, you’ll prepare presentations that will place our company and solutions in the best light.
- Be an expert in Curve Dental software, services, and partners
- Provide product demonstrations & position our technology against other solutions in our market
- Identify product opportunities; write up solutions, prioritize, and interface with Development team to represent what the market is looking for in our products
- Assist in the creation of educational materials such as user guides, process flow charts, training materials, etc.
- Responsible for staying on top of and analyzing market trends.
- Collaborate with Development, in a team setting, on product enhancements/customer requests
- Great skills at leading discussions and interacting with people
- Analytic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
- Proficiency with products interacting in a web-based cloud, environment, preferably in the dental space
- Proficiency in MSSQL a plus
- Good working knowledge of healthcare claims/encounter data
- Solid presentation skills
- Be a highly motivated self-starter with ability to do back-to-back presentations
- 3-5 years’ experience in cloud-centric dental software
- Experience in US healthcare operations
