Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized professional to serve in a dual role as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and Clinic Manager. This position combines direct client care with leadership and operational responsibilities. The RBT/Clinic Manager will provide one-on-one behavioral therapy to clients under the supervision of a BCBA while also overseeing daily clinic operations, staff coordination, scheduling, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate is experienced in ABA services, demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills, and is passionate about delivering high-quality care while ensuring efficient clinic operations.
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Deliver one-on-one behavioral therapy to clients in clinic, home, or community settings
- Collect accurate data on client progress and behavior during therapy sessions
- Support skill acquisition programs, including communication, social, and daily living skills
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment for clients
- Administrative & Coordination
- Manage and coordinate the clinic and staff calendars
- Oversee reception/front desk operations
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Serve as a point of contact for internal coordination and external vendors
- Facilities Management
- Ensure the clinic is clean, organized, and operating efficiently at all times
- Supervise cleaning crews and exterminator services
- Monitor overall facility condition and address issues promptly
- Supplies & Inventory
- Order and maintain clinic supplies, including office items, medical-related materials, and toys as needed
- Track inventory levels and restock proactively
- Maintenance & Equipment
- Oversee machine and equipment maintenance
- Coordinate repairs and routine servicing with maintenance providers
- Report and follow up on facility or equipment issues
- Previous experience in clinic management, office management, or facilities coordination preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
- Comfortable coordinating with vendors and service providers
