, one of the premier fertility centers in the United States, continually seeks experienced, compassionate, and dynamic team players who are committed to delivering exceptional patient care to join our growing practice. The work we do building families offers stimulation, challenge, and personal reward.

We have an immediate opening for an experienced and dedicated full‑time Medical Assistant to join the team at our Alpharetta, GA office. The schedule is Monday – Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with occasional holidays and weekends.

How You’ll Contribute
  • High volume of phlebotomy
  • Maintain supplies for the blood drawing stations
  • Ensure lab specimens are sent to proper labs
  • Document patient care services utilizing daily logs and patient records
  • Utilize the computer in entering labs and printing labels
  • Assist physician or ultrasound technician with various procedures
  • Assist with HSGs as needed
  • Take vital signs and provide general clinical assistance
  • Assist with the clinical care of fertility patients
  • Provide patient/couple counseling, procedure teaching, communicate physician orders and instructions
  • Provide pre‑ and post‑op education
  • Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients’ families
  • Work independently to assure the program goals are achieved
  • Support and promote excellence in customer service
  • Perform administrative tasks, prior authorizations, etc.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong phlebotomy skills
  • Completion of a formal MA program
  • Background in women's health preferred
  • Strong patient orientation and be a team player
  • Professionalism and strong customer service skills are a must
