Base pay range$20.00/hr - $21.00/hr

Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting patients with a smile and addressing them warmly upon arrival and departure.
- Respond to patient inquiries and concerns according to DCA policies.
- Answer incoming calls professionally and promptly.
- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on patient appointments.
- Maintain and update the appointment book.
- Follow up with patients who miss or cancel appointments.
- Register patients using the sign-in sheet.
- Post charges and payments to patient accounts accurately.
- Check and respond to voicemail messages daily.
- Keep the waiting area clean, comfortable, and welcoming for patients.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience answering telephones.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience in a dental, medical, or healthcare office.
- Familiarity with insurance plans (HMO/PPO) is a plus.

High school diploma or GED. - Preferred:
