What

Nuvia Offers
  • Pay: $20-$39 per hour
    • Base: $20-$24 per hour
    • Monthly bonuses up to $2,000 (≈ $12 per hour)
    • Quarterly bonuses up to $2,000 (≈ $4 per hour)

Role Overview

The Care Coordinator is patient focused and dedicated to ensuring patients have a seamless experience while in the office. Responsibilities involve greeting patients, managing appointments, handling various administrative tasks, and actively gathering patient feedback through reviews.

A Day In The Life
  • Morning Routine: Prepare office for the day, ensure cleanliness, attend morning huddle, review schedule/question.
  • Patient Interactions: Greet each patient warmly, schedule/reschedule efficiently, maintain positive flow.
  • Handling Billing and Payments: Process payments, answer billing questions, address concerns, provide administrative support (filing, scanning, data entry).
  • Patient Engagement: Proactively seek patient feedback, encourage online reviews, provide clear info on treatment plans, procedures, financing.

    Collaboration:

    Participate in daily huddles, work closely with doctors, dental assistants, sales consultants.
  • End-of-Day Tasks: Reflect on activities, identify improvement areas, review schedule for next day, ensure office readiness, secure office.
