Financial Manager, Financial Consultant, Corporate Finance
The Finance Manager, Technology is responsible for supporting the Global Financial Systems Technology team, working closely with business leaders and their leadership teams. This role assists the leaders in the decision making process, providing insightful and action oriented financial analysis, applying best practices, and new perspectives to solve complex problems. They will support implementation and execution of driver-based forecasting and will help define and lead cost efficiency initiatives in partnership with business leaders.
This person will interact with leadership to deliver financial information in a concise and meaningful manner.
This individual contributor role reports to the Sr. Finance Business Partner of Technology and will be a hybrid workplace, with three days in office and two days remotely per week.
The role will report to our Alpharetta, GA location for in-office days. (This is NOT a fully-remote role) This position does not offer immigration sponsorship (current or future) including F-1 STEM OPT extension support.
What You’ll Do:Lead complex financial analyses around the Global Financial Systems group, month end close, reporting, and bottoms up budget.
Interface with senior management to deliver financial information in a concise and meaningful manner to foster effective decision making such as analysis of business trends/scenarios and key drivers, development of management reporting to analyze monthly financial and operating results and key metrics.
This role will focus on the measurement and delivery of expected milestones, ensuring the technology teams have the resources they need to complete technology roadmap deliverables.
Collaborate across Product, Technology, and BU teams to align on financial topics such as charge-outs, support teams, and other business cases as needed.
Continuously improve the financial processes to gain efficiencies and identify areas of productivity through automation and utilization of BI tools.
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related Business degree is required
Minimum of 5 years experience in FP&A
Proficient MS Excel reporting / financial modeling skills is required
Experience in headcount management and planning for capitalized development
Finance business partnership experience is required
Large ERP experience is required. Oracle Hyperion / Essbase is strongly preferred
Experience designing dashboards and/or using Tableau or Power BI is strongly preferred
Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, & scenario modeling - specifically balance sheet & income statement impact analysis is required
Proven oral and written communication skills with the ability to translate granular data from varying sources into cohesive operational recommendations
Experience in Cloud based IT environments
Proven understanding of financial aspects of software development lifecycle
Technology Finance experience including preparation and presentation of complex business cases and monthly financial reporting
Experience with leadership communication - digesting, compiling, and presenting data
