  • Liquidity and working capital indicators

  • Debt service coverage (DSCR) and debt coverage measures
  • Identify financial trends, normalize/adjust statements, and evaluate pro formas, projections, and cash budgets.
  • Review borrower documentation and perform diligence to validate financial, operational, and collateral assumptions.
  • Review legal and loan documentation to ensure transactions are accurately structured and adequately secured.
  • Research and analyze UCC filings to confirm lien priority, collateral coverage, and implications to the credit request.
  • Ensure loan packages are complete, compliant, and meet internal turnaround/time-to-decision targets.
Executive Communication & Presentation
  • Write clear, detailed credit narratives summarizing borrower profile, performance, strengths/weaknesses, risks, mitigants, and recommendations.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting and/or leading $10MM+ transactions.
  • Strong independent underwriting judgement and ability to render firm credit decisions within policy.
  • Advanced financial statement analysis and cash flow underwriting skills; strong command of key ratios/metrics including DSCR.
  • Experience reviewing diligence, collateral, and legal/UCC documentation to ensure proper structure and security.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation capability.
