Center of Excellence (CoE) – RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Center of Excellence (CoE), Business Analyst who will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency, process standardization, and data-driven decision-making across finance and accounting functions. This position supports transformation initiatives by analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and delivering actionable insights through reporting and analytics. The analyst collaborates with stakeholders across departments to ensure consistent, scalable solutions that align with the organization’s strategic goals.

A Shared Services Center (SSC) centralizes critical business processes, streamlining operations, reducing costs, and delivering consistent quality. By consolidating areas such as finance, procurement, payroll, and reporting, SSC eliminates duplication, frees time for strategic priorities, and fosters efficiency. SSC's primary functions include:
- O2C (Order-to-Cash):
Manages the customer journey from order to payment, driving smoother revenue processes. - R2R (Record-to-Report): Enables robust financial reporting and accounting.
- P2P (Procure-to-Pay): Ensures timely vendor payments and strong supplier relationships. Manages the Travel and Expense program.
- Center of Excellence: Drives innovation and continuous improvement.
- Payroll (Hire-to-Retire): Ensures accurate, compliant employee payments.
Shared Services enables companies to focus on growth and strategic goals while maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and map existing finance and accounting processes (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, and Payroll) to identify areas for improvement and automation.
- Develop business cases for process enhancements and cost optimization opportunities.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), generating dashboards and visualizations that inform leadership decisions.
- Support implementation of new tools, technologies, and practices within the shared service organization.
- Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment on best practices and standard operating procedures.
- Assist in change management efforts, training programs, and communication strategies that drive adoption of new processes.
- Maintain documentation and ensure processes remain in compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (required).
- 2-5 years of experience working a Finance and Accounting Shared Services Center.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4
HANA) and finance automation tools preferred. - Experience with automation enablement tools (AI, RPA) a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to properly seek and handle customers’ feedback.
