Position Title: Manager - Commercial FP&A (Hybrid)

Location: Alpharetta, GA or Knoxville, TN

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team, as Manager - Commercial FP&A. Are you a data-savvy professional with a passion for delivering impactful insights and driving business performance? We’re looking for a motivated and forward-thinking individual to take ownership of commercial financial reporting, analysis, and strategy within our dynamic team. With a sharp eye for detail, you’ll challenge the status quo, ensuring reporting aligns with strategic goals and delivers real value.

You’ll present data in a compelling way, enabling better decision-making, and bring expertise in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis. Staying ahead of best practices and industry innovations, you’ll help us maintain our position at the forefront of financial analysis, driving profitability and supporting leaders across finance, sales, and operations. This role reports to the Senior Director, FP&A.

Specific responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Align Commercial reporting with the strategic priorities of the Healthcare business unit to support data-driven decisions and improve profitability.
• Collaborate cross functionally to provide financial modelling for new and existing business opportunities
• Ensure sales budgets, forecasts, and functional costs are accurately completed within agreed timelines
• Create clear and impactful presentations that effectively communicate key insights into commercial performance, enabling informed decision making
• Report, explain and challenge the margin analysis for the Commercial business
• Act as the key Finance contact for Commercial strategies, including modelling schemes, setting targets, and ensuring accurate payments to motivate and engage the salesforce
• Introduce and drive automation for on-going reporting and analysis to better serve Commercial and Leadership teams
• Lead one team member in pricing optimization, including quoting new products, developing cost worksheets and pricing governance

Required Education & Skillsets:

• Extensive previous commercial analysis experience ideally in a manufacturing or FMCG environment
• Bachelors degree in finance preferred
• Exposure to operational financial environment
• Experience with ERPs (Oracle, SAP, or LN)
• Experience of dealing directly with senior Executives and presenting complicated issues to senior executives and senior management
• Experience gained within large / complex organisation(s) and experience of understanding complex financial structures within a large organisation.
• Advanced Microsoft office skills to enable the preparation of communications, reports, training materials and presentations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills particularly with the ability to communicate effectively with people across the business is essential. This will include colleagues at all levels up to and including Executive and Board level management.
• Must be flexible and be able to adapt to differing situations.
• Must be highly motivated, have a positive and energetic attitude
• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative with excellent prioritization skills
