• Act as a strategic finance partner to Sales and Division Leaders, delivering insights that influence commercial decisions.
• Collaborate with IT to develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, system integration, and alignment with evolving business requirements.
• Develop and maintain robust reporting tools using Excel, Power BI, and Salesforce to track sales performance, material costs, and pipeline health.
• Lead efforts to automate and streamline reporting processes, working with IT to implement scalable solutions that improve efficiency and data reliability.
• Collaborate across functions, including Sales, Operations, and Corporate Finance, to validate data and ensure alignment on key metrics.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in a finance or business analysis role, preferably in a matrixed or manufacturing environment.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capabilities.
• Experience working with IT teams to manage data systems and reporting tools, particularly Power BI.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and influence across teams.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for solving problems and driving continuous improvement.
• Experience with Power BI and Salesforce, or a demonstrated ability to learn new tools independently.
• Comfort working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
