Overview
FY26 Seasonal Tax-FSO- GCR Tax Accounting and Risk Advisory-Real Estate-Senior Manager serve high-profile, national and multinational clients with a focus on tax accounting and risk advisory services. The TARAS practice supports financial reporting for income taxes, including tax accounting, tax provision procedures, and controls design and testing.
Responsibilities- Provide clients with tax guidance and consulting related to tax accounting and planning, including internal restructurings, acquisitions, dispositions, carve-out financial statements, GAAP conversions from US GAAP to IFRS or IFRS to US GAAP, share-based compensation, financial statement restatements, and balance sheet remediation of tax accounts.
- Assist companies with all aspects of their tax provision preparation and, where applicable, review the tax provision process to improve efficiency, accuracy, and control environment.
- Assess tax risk and control environments inclusive of and beyond Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404.
- Engage in tax accounting projects and related consulting, with a real estate focus as applicable.

- A bachelor’s degree in a related field, supported by significant tax or legal experience; MST, MAcc, or JD/LLM preferred
- Valid US CPA license or active state bar membership
- Minimum of 10 years of work experience in professional services, tax organization, law firm, or IRS
- Broad understanding and experience with federal income taxation
- Strong analytical, written/verbal communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- ASC 740, Real Estate, and/or IAS 12 experience
- Experience in corporate tax planning and compliance; broad exposure to federal income taxation

Salary and LocationThe salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $120/hr to $150/hr individual salaries are determined based on education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
