We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. This role is crucial in driving data-driven decisions, tracking operational performance, and supporting strategic initiatives across our network of warehouses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Reporting & Analysis:
• Create, maintain, and automate financial and operational reports using Excel and other tools.
• Pull and consolidate data from multiple sources for regular and ad hoc reporting.
• Budgeting & Forecasting:
• Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Perform budget-to-actual variance analysis and provide commentary on deviations.
• Cost & Trend Analysis:
• Analyze trends in labor, utilities, storage costs, and other key metrics across warehouses.
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis on operational initiatives and capital investments.
• Operational Support:
• Track and analyze financial and operational data across multiple warehouse locations.
• Partner with operations and warehouse managers to understand cost drivers and efficiency opportunities.
• Process Improvement:
• Recommend enhancements to reporting and data management processes.
• Develop best practices for financial tracking and reporting consistency across facilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a financial analyst role or similar capacity.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, dashboards, etc.).
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Sage ERP systems.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and extraction.
• Background in manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Experience in a multi-location or distributed operational environment.
