Customer Service Rep
Job Title and Compensation
Avalon 12 - Team Member - $14/hr (Regal).
DescriptionTeam members are classified based on individual theatre needs, and/or employee availability, as variable hour, part-time fixed, part‑time regular, or full‑time hourly employees. Their primary responsibility is ensuring guests receive exceptional service. Employees may work in the Box Office, Concession Stand, or as an Usher and must act as a representative of Regal consistently with our mission statement and policies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Regular and consistent attendance
- Handling emergency situations when called upon
- General cleaning duties
- Compliance with company dress code
- Operating POS system (cash, credit, gift cards, etc.)
- Upselling/suggestive selling of Premium Viewing Experience (3D, RPX, IMAX)
- Promoting the Regal Crown Club program
- Ensuring tickets are sold in accordance with MPAA rating system and company policy
- Responding to phone calls and questions from guests
- Managing concession stock inventory, preparing and cleaning all concession equipment, complying with food safety laws, and maintaining alcohol certifications if applicable
- Tearing tickets, collecting stubs, directing patrons to auditoriums, inspecting backpacks and packages, managing crowd control, conducting in‑theatre inspections, reporting problems, performing concession auxiliary sales, cleaning auditoriums and surrounding areas, monitoring vending equipment, and assisting with opening/closing duties
- Performing calculations with speed and accuracy, identifying and correcting errors
- Identifying problems, gathering data, evaluating alternatives, and taking action under pressure
Hourly rate: $14/hr.

QualificationsComplete the CAST certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress toward completion. If duties involve alcohol service, obtain required state or local training and complete Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University. Education & ExperienceCAST certification program completion required.
Language AbilityGood public speaking, effective listening, and clear communication.
