This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Control Systems Lead, based in Alpharetta, North Atlanta, GA. The Control Systems Lead will oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of industrial control systems. Responsibilities include overseeing designs, programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining PLC and SCADA systems, ensuring operational reliability and efficiency. The role will also be client‑facing and involve collaborating with cross‑functional teams, evaluating system performance, and providing technical expertise to meet project goals and deadlines.

• Proficiency in Control Systems Engineering, PLC programming, and SCADA systems development.
• Experience in Automation Systems Design and Industrial Process Optimization.
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Diagnostics for control system issues.
• Knowledge of Project Management principles and a track record of successful project execution.
• Familiarity with safety standards, industry regulations, and ensuring compliance in system design.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, or a related field highly advantageous.
• Experience in relevant industries such as manufacturing.
