Kelly Engineering is seeking a motivated and technically skilled individual for an Entry Level Sales Engineer position for our client. This inside sales role is ideal for early-career professionals with an electrical engineering background who are passionate about combining technical expertise with customer engagement. The position offers a clear path for growth into larger project-based roles.

Targeted salary range : $60,000 - $100,000

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing technical and sales support
• Collaborate closely with project teams and engineers to ensure customer needs are met
• Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and product presentations
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients
• Respond to inbound inquiries and proactively identify potential sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM software

• 1+ year of technical experience, ideally with exposure to sales or customer support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical customers
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Willingness to travel as needed to project sites.
