** Project Coordinator**, you will assist the Program Manager(s) with the management of complex projects within the Advanced Electrical Services (AES) team.

* What You Will Do:

*** Tracking progress according to program schedules and goals; developing solutions to program problems.
* Participating in the preparations of proposals, plans, and program specifications.
* Developing the project scope documents, project timetables and other documents that would be provided to Project Manager’s.
* Monitoring the scheduling, budget, and performance of company programs.
* Other duties as assigned by Caterpillar management from time-to-time.
