We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant in Physical AI Engineering & Strategy to join the EY Artificial Intelligence and Data team. This is a critical, high-visibility role focused on advancing the integration of AI with robotics and digital twin systems
, particularly working with robot dogs and humanoids (Unitree) and the NVIDIA Omniverse ecosystem
. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge robotics and AI innovation labs, primarily based in Alpharetta, GA, with the chance to drive long-term advancements in Physical AI across industries.
- Design and implement scalable AI + robotics solutions that integrate both software and hardware.
- Develop and showcase robotics demos
, presenting at EY-hosted innovation summits and technology showcases. - Lead development in robotics systems including kinematics, perception, decision-making, and control algorithms.
- Apply expertise in NVIDIA Omniverse, Isaac Sim, and related simulation tools to create real-world applications.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to define requirements and provide technical leadership
. - Conduct market analysis and monitor AI/robotics trends to influence solution strategies.
- Guide projects through the full lifecycle from design to deployment, ensuring innovation and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s in Robotics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
. - 3–6 years of hands‑on experience in Robotics, Digital Twin, and AI (Computer Vision / Deep Learning / Reinforcement Learning).
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, or Java
. - Expertise with ROS (Robot Operating System), Isaac Sim, and simulation environments
. - Deep knowledge of robotics systems (kinematics, dynamics, control, sensor integration such as LIDAR & cameras).
- Practical experience with NVIDIA ecosystem (Omniverse, Isaac, CUDA).
- Proficiency in Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Num Py, Pandas for AI/ML solutions.
- Experience with Dev Ops tools (GIT, Azure Dev Ops, Jira) and Agile methodologies
. - Strong communication skills for client‑facing discussions, demos, and team collaboration.
- Master’s or PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, or related Engineering discipline.
- Research/publications in robotics, automation, or digital twin technologies.
- Experience in Computer Vision (OpenCV, object detection, recognition, tracking).
- Expertise in path planning, motion planning, and adaptive control systems
. - Experience with Hardware‑in‑the‑Loop (HIL) testing
. - Familiarity with Generative AI or Agentic AI applications in robotics.
- Background with Cosmos or similar data management platforms
.
