Chroma Early Learning Academy is seeking a passionate, dedicated, and experienced Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and engaging environment for children, implement educational programs, and work closely with families and colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for our students. • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Lead a classroom of children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development.
• Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor and assess children’s progress and development, providing individual support as needed.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing updates on their child’s progress and addressing any concerns.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning experience.
• Participate in regular professional development and team meetings.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and Chroma Early Learning Academy policies.

• Strong knowledge of child development and early learning principles.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Passionate about working with children and helping them succeed.
• High school Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability To Pass a National Criminal Background Check
• Reliable Transportation

• Childcare Experience
• ECE Credentials/Certifications
